When & Where
Georgetown Alumni Angels
Our mission is to invest in the five best startups per quarter our group can find - not more not less. We leverage Georgetown alumni and non-Georgetown related angel investors to provide funding and ecosystem advisory assistance for startups. GAA is open to all startup companies. We increase alumni engagement and provide a high quality networking environment with real world events and online forums. We enable direct contact between our investors and our portfolio companies helping recruit the best advisors to make our portfolio companies successful in both fundraising and execution. We are actively seeking additional angel investors from around the world to join our network. We enable angel investors to invest small amounts of money (as little as $25k) across up to twenty well vetted startups per annum. Investors can invest on a deal-by-deal basis or in all of the companies we chose to fund. We believe sharing deal flow, due diligence and teaming up to back startups makes business sense for both investors and entrepreneurs.
